In this role you drive the operational discipline to maintain a controlled, repeatable, scalable product environment. You partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, and product/program management to balance configuration management, product stewardship, and continuous improvement. You shape decisions and accountability across a complex product lifecycle to enable execution readiness and delivery of sustaining enhancements. This is a cross-functional leadership position focused on simplifying processes, standardizing approaches, and improving overall product performance.

Maintain visibility of product configurations and ensure controlled alignment across design, manufacturing, and service environments

Facilitate decision-making on product changes,

Drive simplification and standardization initiatives to reduce complexity and promote efficiency

Coordinate cross-functional priorities, actions, risks, and decisions with fact-based inputs to leadership

Engineering or supply chain background

Experience with complex engineered products or systems (gas turbines, power generation xbvzest equipment, turbomachinery, or long-cycle industrial systems)

Experience coordinating cross-functional work across multiple functions

Understanding of configuration management, engineering change processes, product lifecycle support, and continuous improvement methodologies

Ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across functions

Strong communication, problem-solving, facilitatio
