The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the machines and technologies required to perform the role of mechanical assembler - preparer/welder. In particular, they must acquire the ability to perform assigned tasks accurately and quickly, and be proficient in using fixed and portable machines such as hacksaws, drills and milling machines, pipe benders, dies, grinding wheels, orbital grinders, and welding machines. They must acquire expertise and executive autonomy in carrying out their duties, possessing technical skills in reading and understanding mechanical drawings, and in constructing products according to required specifications. Punctuality and compliance in delivering work are essential. They will work as part of a team and must comply with company obligations, responsibilities, and procedures regarding safety, the environment, and accident prevention.
