About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Automation Technician to serve as a key technical authority at our state‑of‑the‑art Cadorago Distribution Center. In this highly autonomous role, you will bridge the gap between complex process automation and hands‑on electromechanical maintenance.
You will be responsible for ensuring the absolute reliability, safety, and continuous improvement of our high‑speed production and packaging assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Technical Support: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize high‑speed industrial slitting lines and automated packaging systems.
- Root‑Cause Diagnosis: Identify complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system faults, developing and executing long‑term preventive and corrective action plans.
- Automation & Control Systems: Lead localized programming modifications and automation optimization initiatives across production equipment and facilities.
- External Partner Coordination: Manage relationship‑critical technical suppliers and coordinate specialized subcontractors during on‑site interventions.
- Strategic Maintenance Planning: Contribute valuable technical insights to the local maintenance budget and overall site reliability strategy.
