You will play a key role in improving performance, solving operational challenges, and supporting plant efficiency.In this role, you will coordinate daily activities across:10 Crushing Operators, 3 Refinery & Crushing Operators and 5 Shift LeadersKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily production processes to ensure performance aligns with safety, quality, and operational standardsIdentify, analyze, and manage process deviations, coordinating corrective actions with Maintenance, Quality, Safety,
