- Defining and updating the Group strategic plan and strategy blueprint, reflecting financial, macroeconomic, and competitive developments.
- Analyzing sector trends and business opportunities, also through the construction of proprietary internal assets, to identify strategic priorities and key enablers.
- Conducting strategy and portfolio reviews to balance profitability, growth, and sustainability.
- Driving strategic alignment across the Group, acting as a partner to Insurance and Asset Management leadership.
- Communicating the Group strategy internally and externally with Investor Relations, Group Communication, and HR.
- Assessing strategic inorganic opportunities, including M&A;, partnerships, and joint ventures.
