Your new role

As a Clinical Trial Administrator, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth conduct of clinical trials in compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols. .
You will support the local study team across all phases of trial preparation, execution and close-out, including documentmanagement, trial tracking,



and coordination of study activities tomaintainhigh-quality trial delivery.As part of the Business Operational Unit,the CTAalsomanagesvendors andprovidessmoothpaymentsprocess.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Operational Support: Provideoperationaland administrativesupport across all phases of clinical trials
Manage Trial Documentation and Compliance: Support set-up and maintenance ofelectronic Trial Master File (eTMF), includingInvestigator Trial Master File (iTMF)
Study Start-upSupport: Support documentation preparation and submission
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Ensurecross-functionalengagementand collaborationtosupportsmoothclinical trial execution
Quality Oversight: Supporthigh-quality execution of trials and maintenance of inspectionreadiness
Vendormanagement: Establishand maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders related tovendor management
Payment Execution: Timely execution of clinical trial site payments,including tracking and monitoring of paymentsand reso
