Role Overview:
VIETTI is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the boutique in Zermatt.

This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing the store team, and delivering exceptional luxury client experiences.



The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and strong expertise in clienteling, CRM, and digital retail strategies, contributing to both in-store excellence and digital customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Development:

-Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Client Advisors, fostering a high-performance and service-oriented environment.
-Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional luxury customer experiences aligned with brand standards.
-Conduct daily briefings and monitor individual performance to drive sales results and operational efficiency.
-Coach the team on advanced selling techniques and personalized client engagement.
- Clienteling & Customer Experience

-Implement advanced clienteling strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and increase repeat business.
