MissionThe Clearing & Settlement Services employee is responsible for managing and executing day-to-day operations related to securities settlement. The role ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of asset trade settlements, delivering high-quality service to SGSS clients while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

Responsibilities
- Execute post-trade processing of securities transactions across local and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate settlement
- Monitor and follow up on both internal and external settlement instructions for clients
- Investigate and resolve settlement pending items, breaks, and discrepancies with counterparties, as well as irregularities in coordination with clients’ back and middle offices

Studies & experience
- Bachelor’s degree Economics or related fields
- Background in Securities Services, with a good understanding of industry standards and operational frameworks




- At least 1 year of proven experience in Securities Services, with sound knowledge of industry regulations and processes

Language skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken Italian (C2 level), with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in complex professional contexts
- Upper-intermediate English (B2 level)

Technical, operational & Soft skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & 365 applications
- Knowledge of Securities Operations processes and workflows
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Good level of technological literacy and familiarity with operational systems

Salary range directly on the job ad:35.5k € - 37.5k € / Year
