Job DescriptionAs part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:

- Answering customers inquires
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
- Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Define and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers
Qualifications
About you
We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field,
oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Customer Service Specialist has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as:

- Computer literacy, especially MS Office
- Fluent level of English
- Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
