Key Responsibilities

- Own pipeline creation for your segment: targets for meetings, SQLs, qualified pipeline € coverage, and conversion rates.
- Lead, coach, and develop BDRs: weekly 1:1s, call coaching, deal/account coaching, skill diagnostics, performance plans.
- Build a repeatable outbound system: ICP refinement, messaging frameworks, multi‑threading plays, account plans, sequencing (email/phone/LinkedIn), objection handling, and next‑step discipline.
- Operational excellence: forecasting, dashboarding, QA of CRM hygiene, and feedback loops with AEs on lead quality.
- Hiring and onboarding: source/interview BDR talent; structured onboarding plan; ramp to productivity with clear milestones.
- Cross‑functional alignment:



translate market feedback into product/marketing inputs; coordinate campaigns and account‑based initiatives; create a clean handoff from BDR to AE.
- Experimentation and iteration: run A/B tests on messaging, segments, channels, sequences; scale what works, kill what doesn’t.
- Set culture: high standards, low ego, high ownership; truth over vibes, clean reporting, no sandbagging.
