The RSM will lead and develop a high-performing regional field team, driving the deployment and execution of the commercial go-to-market strategy, and act as a multiplier of Sobi's values, vision, and strategic priorities. The RSM will be a key contributor to strategic and conceptual decision-making, ensuring commercial strategies reflect patient needs, market realities, competitive dynamics,



and long-term business objectives. Key Responsibilities Regional Sales Leadership & Performance Management Own overall commercial results, including product sales and performance KPI. Recruit, train, develop, and lead a team of Key Account Managers to high performance levels. Apply a full leadership model: manager, leader, coach, trainer, advisor, and mentor. Drive continuous development with robust performance‐management routines, individual development plans, and capability‐building sessions. Field Force Excellence & Execution Coordinate and operationalize regional sales activities (e.g., education events, promotional initiatives).
