NetEye, our highly rated Unified Monitoring solution (Monitoring, ITOA, APM, SIEM&LOG; Management, Service Management) supports our customers capturing the health of IT infrastructure as well as monitoring the availability of IT services and helps ensuring a secure and reliable IT environment. Our innovative and constantly growing company is looking for IT Monitoring Solution Engineer to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

- Deploying and configuring our NetEye solutions to meet client specifications
- Designing network infrastructure (Switch, WiFi, Firewall, Router)
- Key user training
- Working closely together with the R&D; department as well as with the support team to guarantee a continuous knowledge sharing

Requirements

-
- Experience-based knowledge in System and Network monitoring and management




- Skilled in troubleshooting/incident management
- Experience-based knowledge with IT System Administration of Linux-based systems
- Knowledge of Bash and PowerShell scripting
- Excellent communication and relationship skillsFluency in German (mother tongue), good English & Italian language skills
- Experience-based knowledge of Elastic stack, Python, Ansible and Kubernetes will be a plus
