Overview
As a Director of Operational Excellence (m/f/d) here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence (HMX) across multiple business units. Responsibilities
- Strategize and oversee the success of the implementation of Honeywell Manufacturing Excellence (HMX) across the business
- Work with the individual sites to develop and execute the strategic roadmap for HMX, aligning it with business goals and objectives
- Provide guidance and mentorship to HMX Senior Managers and teams in implementing Lean methodologies and tools




- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HMX site assessments initiatives, making recommendations for enhancements
- Prepare monthly updates with sites and Senior management aligned with deliverables for each of the sites under scope of responsibilities
- Participate in operational improvements as needed within the sites under scope of responsibilities to include productivity improvements tied to continuous improvement

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Extensive experience and mastery in implementing and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Extensive experience in proven leadership of managers and individual contributors
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate at all levels of the organization
