We are collaborating with a distinguished educational institution to find a dynamic and proactive Partnerships & Engagement Coordinator.This individual will have a strong history of cultivating institutional and client relationships, as well as establishing partnerships with diplomatic missions, non-governmental organizations, corporate entities, and relocation services.Starting in 2026, this position offers a unique chance to develop a comprehensive partnerships strategy at both national and international levels for a high-caliber international educational institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research relevant organizations and networks within the school community, including relocation services, corporate partners, diplomatic missions, and international bodies
- Initiate contact with potential partners and sustain continuous communication
- Gain deep insight into partner communities and their specific needs
- Keep precise records of all communications and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with the Admissions team to guide prospective families through each stage of the admissions process
- Sustain consistent and professional dialogue with inquiring families
- Facilitate communication with newly accepted families before school opening
- Manage post-event and post-meeting follow-up activities
- Ensure families receive prompt and accurate information
- Organize various events for prospective families and partners, including:
- Intimate information sessions
- Community networking events
- Formal partner dinners and professional gatherings
- Oversee invitation management, attendance records, and post-event communication
- Ensure seamless execution of events and visits
