This role combines strategic sourcing, complex deal leadership and cross-border execution within a fast-growing international environment.
Monitor market dynamics including remuneration schemes, grid constraints, repowering frameworks and regulatory evolution.Market & Opportunity ScreeningPerform rapid technical and commercial screening of brownfield assets.Identify strategic fit and define acquisition rationale aligned with Nadara's portfolio strategy.Lead negotiations on pricing, commercial terms, exclusivity and LOIs/MoUs.Partner with Legal to adapt documentation to local jurisdictions.Investment Case & Financial AnalysisDevelop robust business cases tailored to each market.Prepare and present Investment Committee materials and clear acquisition theses.Execution & ClosingLead CP management and closings across multiple legal
