Main Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze customer engagement, clienteling activities, and purchasing behaviors to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Monitor clienteling performance through dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking.
Support the development of customer segmentation and targeting analyses to drive personalized engagement strategies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of clienteling initiatives and provide recommendations based on data insights.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of customer data used for clienteling analysis.
Manage and monitor customer assignment and portfolio management processes.
Support the creation and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards related to clienteling and customer engagement performance.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities to improve clienteling processes, customer journeys, and engagement effectiveness.
Support CRM and clienteling data integration activities to ensure data availability and reporting accuracy.
Prepare presentations and ad hoc analyses for management and key stakeholders.
Conduct ad hoc analyses on client base evolution, VIC performance, acquisition, retention and reactivation initiatives.
Translate complex customer data into actionable business recommendations.
Collaborate with other departments as Retail, Merchandising and Regional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
