Manage the activity of the team for which he/she is responsible to ensure the development of finished products based on the product plan (new products, series life, requests for modification or 2nd source approval, pre-development plans, manufacturing transfer projects) while respecting the EPO development process and the tools specific to his/her activity· 2.

Participate in the development of the product roadmap for his/her scope in line with the BU development strategy and with the Group strategy· 3.
