01##### How you’ll make a difference
- Support the internal Legal Department in negotiating and finalizing contracts related to cutting-edge digital services, working closely with the legal teams of Italian, European, and international companies.
- Report directly to the Legal Department Manager and support them in legal research and the preparation of opinions on civil and commercial law matters.
- Collaborate with Administration and Sales teams in preparing and reviewing documentation required for participation in public tenders.
- Support the Procurement team in reviewing supplier agreements and contracts.
- Contribute to the update and maintenance of framework agreements, general terms and conditions of sale, purchasing agreements, and mandatory compliance documentation (e.g., privacy and data protection requirements).
- Draft documentation related to both ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions,



including corporate resolutions and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel in managing out-of-court settlements and legal disputes.brid

02##### What we’re looking for
- Currently enrolled in a Master's Degree in Law and eligible for a curricular internship.
- Solid knowledge of commercial and corporate law.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize activities while collaborating with multiple business functions.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
