Job Summary

The Product Manager is responsible for developing the growth strategy for assigned products.

In this role you will lead the development,



innovation and market expansion of Ingersoll Rand compressed air desiccant dryers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and customer-driven innovation to optimize product performance, ensure market competitiveness, and drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Market & Competitor Analysis: conduct detailed industry, market, and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs and translating market insights into product strategy.
- Business Case Creation: develop comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives, focusing on ROI, financial impact, and strategic alignment to support data-driven decision-making.
