Overview: Inside the Global Application and Processes Department for MMKT, BD, Distribution & HR this position reports to the Global delivery manager and is focused on Projects management and operations for Marketing solutions. Main Activities & Responsibilities: Develop and deliver digital transformation solutions, following cutting edge standards and technologies; Drive innovation and digital efficiency by integrating AI tools and technologies into project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and operations. Optimisation and automation of business processes and the application landscape; Support existing business applications within the scope of application lifecycle management in coordination with the Business Solution Design team. Promoting and encouraging the Innovations; Project Management: Full lifecycle management of business solution projects; Supervise RFI/RFP processes and tender documentation; Architect and optimize application landscapes with stakeholders; Manage solution roll-outs to end users. Scout software and technologies to update ICT competencies; AI Integration & Strategy: Implement AI solutions to optimize project management, SDLC, and operational efficiency. Application Maintenance: Oversee ICT service quality, SOP compliance, and system integration, including: SLA-based incident and ticket management; User lifecycle management (creation to closure); Functional and data change service requests; Availability monitoring and tool maintenance.
