Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Marketing Specialist with at least 6 years of proven experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the full marketing budgeting cycle, ensuring financial alignment, operational efficiency, and strategic coordination across all marketing functions. Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Budget Management (360° Ownership)
- Lead the end-to-end marketing budgeting process.
- Collect and consolidate budget inputs from all marketing areas.
- Finalize budget proposals in accordance with the management and prepare comprehensive documentation for Top Management review and approval.
- Conduct periodic monitoring meetings with relevant departments to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Analyze variances and propose corrective actions to ensure financial discipline and optimization.
