We do this by putting the customer at the center of everything — not as a tagline, but as a daily working method.We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager to lead a complex digital sales organization across three interconnected streams: Outbound Campaign-based Sales/inside Sales, Specialist/Collaborative Sales, and Digital Self-service Channels.You will drive performance across telesales campaigns, specialist support to field sales, and online sales channels, ensuring efficiency, conversion,



and continuous optimization.In this role, you will combine a strong analytical and data-driven mindset with managerial leadership, overseeing both internal teams and external partners within a highly performance-oriented environment.Lead a structured sales organization across multiple locations (Milan, Bologna, Tuscany).* Drive sales performance through outbound campaigns, managing the full funnel (contacts, conversion, productivity, ROI).* Oversee external vendors and telesales providers, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with internal standards.* Implement and monitor a data-driven sales model, leveraging KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to optimize performance.* Strengthen a collaborative selling model, working closely with other sales channels to increase share of wallet.* Develop team capabilities, particularly among junior managers, bringing structure, discipline, and scalable
