They are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a flagship data centre development in Milan. The role covers full commercial management of MEP packages across the project lifecycle, working closely with project leadership, site teams,



design managers and client representatives to ensure robust cost control, contract compliance and strong commercial performance. You will be responsible for managing valuations, variations, procurement support and subcontractor accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and effective commercial management across all MEP scopes within a complex, fast-paced delivery environment.
