Exciting Opportunity for a Project Coordinator at Reid Brewin Architects (Italy)

We specialise in high-specification, large-scale projects – particularly in data centres, commercial offices, and luxury retail. To support our continued growth, RBA Italy is seeking a Project Architect to join our Milan team and work on major data centre projects across Europe, supporting projects in France, the UK, Italy and other international markets.

Overall supervision and coordination of a multidisciplinary team (Architectural, Structural, MEP, Civil)

Nurturing and developing professional relationships with clients

Preparing technical and economic proposals for private tenders





Monitoring public tenders and managing potential participation processes

Participating in all project phases, overseeing technical, legal, economic, and financial aspects

Producing necessary documentation (drawings, reports, specifications, and various forms) across all project stages, from concept to detailed construction design

Actively contributing to internal planning and the strategic development of RBA within both the Italian and international markets

Master’s degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, or an equivalent qualification

Minimum of 7 years of post-graduate professional experience

Proficiency in Revit and BIM methodology

In-depth knowledge of Italian building regulations and permitting procedure

Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English (additional European languages are an advantage)

Experience working on large-scale projects

Experience with data centers or high-tech/commercial projects
