We need someone to own Revenue Operations end to end and build the operating system that Sales, Marketing and Customer Success run on: a clean CRM,



reliable pipeline and forecasting data, dashboards leadership actually trusts, and workflows that scale without turning into bureaucracy. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will not be handed a playbook — you will write it. You will design the processes, build them in the tools, drive adoption with the teams who use them, and automate everything that does not need a human. - Own and optimise the end-to-end Revenue Operations function across the customer lifecycle
- Administer and continuously improve our CRM and revenue tech stack (Pipedrive today, plus surrounding tooling)
- Design scalable processes that increase efficiency without adding unnecessary bureaucracy
- Build dashboards, reports and forecasting models that leadership uses to make decisions
