Senior Bid Manager – Telco Transformation
The role focuses on structuring, coordinating, and improving high‑quality bid responses for Telco transformation, managed services, and complex opportunities. It is a high‑impact orchestration role requiring commercial intelligence, rigor, speed, strong writing capability, and the confidence to drive multiple stakeholders toward a winning proposal.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end bid processes for strategic Telco opportunities
Work closely with Business Managers, Solution Architects, delivery stakeholders and leadership to structure competitive responses
Drive bid governance, timelines, workstreams and deliverable quality
Support bid qualification and bid / no‑bid process
Translate client needs into coherent proposal structures and win‑oriented narratives
Ensure consistency across technical, commercial, operational and financial proposal components
Improve the quality of executive writing, value proposition articulation and overall proposal packaging
Support to create repeatable bid assets,



templates and working methods for complex Telco opportunities
Contribute to competitive positioning and response strategy
Support cost logic and collaboration with finance / controlling where needed
Act as a quality gate on proposal clarity, coherence and competitiveness

Technical / Professional Requirements
Must‑have
7+ years of experience in pre‑sales, bid management, proposal management, solution selling support, or complex deal pursuit environments with TELCO clients
Proven experience with medium‑to‑large bids in telecom
Proven experience with medium‑to‑larg
