As Fund Manager you will use experience you have acquired in the past as well as excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong personal character to help team perform and grow.

You will handle the fund’s accounts,



the preparation of periodic financial reports, regulatory reports, periodic Net Asset Value calculation and financial statements. You will coordinate Investor servicing, including investor onboarding, capital calls, distributions as well as issuance of shareholder statements; You will manage the relationships with other service providers in the industry, auditors, law firms, banks and and fund managers.

You hold a university degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics. You have 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the field of Italian Alternative Investment Fund Administration, in particular Italian Real Estate Funds or Private Equity Funds (Contractual Funds and SICAFs). Several years of experience in Italian Alternative Investment Fund Administration, including NAV calculation, Financial Statements,
