We are currently seeking a Rack Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy

The Rack Product Manager is responsible for the lifecycle management of server rack solutions, enclosures, and physical infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of hardware engineering, supply chain, and data center operations. You will define the roadmap for several product families, ensuring that the structural, cooling, and power distribution requirements of modern high-density computing (such as AI and GPU clusters) are met.

Product Family Qualification and Road Mapping:





Define and maintain an accurate roadmap of all the rack product families of

Develop proposals for rack optimizations or new developments

Product Documentation and Engineering:

Collect and maintain all relevant documentation related to each product

family.

Create and maintain consistent product description across all Vertiv PLM and

sales tools.

Product Launch:

Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver a complete set of assets per

product family, in collaboration with global team

Support marketing launch of each new product family with market analysis

Develop and apply product management skills, assisting with market

communication for various software and hardware initiatives.

Contribute to continuous engineering innovation through out-of-the-box

thinking and propose experimental plans for new technologies or processes.
