As our Hair Care - Global E-Commerce Expert,



you will drive the growth of e-commerce and digital performance through the integrated management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), the digital commercial calendar with an omnichannel overview, digital marketing, the website technical roadmap, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) coordination.
What You Will Do
Support annual strategic planning and budgeting activities by providing forecasts, performance targets and growth opportunities.
Oversee the design and optimize digital marketing strategies across Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media and display advertising channels.
Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvements and business decisions.
Evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) of paid media activities in partnership with Business Units (BUs).
Define and execute the CRM strategy through marketing automation, lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
