The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff. - Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive hygiene and sanitation programmes across all areas of the resort - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international health and safety standards - Train and supervise the hygiene team,
