The role will report to the Reprocessing PMO team and is responsible for leading the design and development of Capital / Consumable products to meet customers' and business needs. The incumbent will direct all phases of product development lifecycle from inception through commercialization / product launch. This individual will also organize and lead a cross-functional core team on product development programs through stage gates. Duties Collaborates with the Product Management team on business case justification. Develops the cross-functional plan/execution strategy and drives implementation of identified products. Ensures compliance with the NPD / Design Control / lifecycle management processes across all functions.



Owns the overall project management of the product development to ensure outcomes that meet quality, costs, reliability and manufacturability requirements. Responsible for leading a minimum of 1 large complex project or medium projects. Develops project schedule, financial budget and leads delivery / presentation of NPD Project Deliverables Plan at stage gates and at VP-level sponsor reviews. Monitors project team adherence to master plans / schedules / operating budgets, identifies program risks / mitigation solutions and promotes continuous improvement.
