Job Purpose Ensure the plant Quality expertise,



which includes sanitation and pest management, quality assurance, quality control analysis and packaging in order to assure Barilla standards of quality for products and technological processes. Strengthen the team's quality know‐how in alignment with RDQ quality experts while fostering a strong quality culture through active involvement and training of plant personnel. Key Accountabilities Quality Systems & GMP Compliance Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices are observed and that all corporate operational mechanisms specified for the management of food hygiene safety are efficiently implemented within the factories (HACCP, Pest Management) through gap analysis for the comparison between current situation and what is foreseen by GMPEnsure that the internal/external auditing activities are correctly carried out by monitoring the specified corrective actions in order to highlight any variance, non-complian
