Imagine engaging with key clients to shape project specifications and leading the creation of winning technical and commercial proposals for complex projects. - Proactively generate new HV turnkey substation opportunities across South & West Europe, focusing on industries and data centers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with clear ownership to achieve and exceed growth targets.




- Analyze market trends, competitors, and growth areas to continuously refine and adapt the sales strategy.
- Engage early with key customers (TSOs, utilities, industrials, data centers) to shape project requirements and position integrated HV solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans and act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, leveraging expertise in substation technologies and turnkey delivery.
- Lead complex bid preparation, internal collaboration, and contract negotiations, while tracking KPIs and pipeline performance through CRM tools.

What You Bring
- Academic background in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field like mechanical or energy engineering.
- With over 8 years of extensive experience in the HV transmission and distribution sector, you have a proven track record in sales and business development.
