About The Role
You will be based at our HQ in Minturno (LT) and will follow the product throughout its entire life cycle: you will support the definition of technical specifications and performance criteria, take direct ownership of testing and debugging firmware, software, user interfaces and product features, and follow the product into the field, gathering feedback from customers and the sales network and reporting it back to R&D; for future development.



You will work according to company guidelines and procedures and the direction of your managers, gaining progressive autonomy in technical diagnostics and in dealings with suppliers and customers. The role involves travel in Italy and abroad (around 20%), to customers and suppliers for on-site activities and to industry trade shows and events.
Key responsibilities
- Support the definition and review of functional requirements, SoW (Statement of Work), components and expected performance, including menu architecture and DMX control, contributing to the drafting of validation criteria.
- Carry out testing and debugging on firmware, software, user interfaces and control menus, verifying product functionality and performance against specifications, and write technical reports on the results to share with suppliers, colleagues and the managers of the business functions involved.
