About the role Penumbra is seeking a marketing professional to lead vascular product initiatives across Italy and Switzerland. You will coordinate with the EMEA marketing team to execute regional strategies and support commercial growth for our medical device portfolio.

What you'll do
- Design and implement regional marketing plans and product introductions in coordination with local sales leadership and EMEA marketing.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of products within your assigned territory.
- Perform competitive benchmarking and market research to pinpoint expansion areas.
- Assist in defining revenue targets and pricing models alongside the sales department.
- Adapt and produce sales collateral and marketing assets for local use.
- Coordinate educational initiatives, product workshops, and customer events.
- Manage logistics and presence at scientific symposia and industry congresses.




- Cultivate and sustain partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and relevant scientific organizations.
- Equip the sales team with training, commercial resources, and direct field assistance.
- Maintain adherence to all quality, regulatory, and brand guidelines.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the medical device sector.
- Proven expertise in the endovascular market, including knowledge of the customer landscape and key stakeholders.
- Professional background in product management, marketing, clinical roles, or sales.
- Demonstrated success in managing product launches, competitive intelligence, and market analysis.
- Track record of engaging and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Ability to travel up to 80 percent of the time.
- Fluency in English is required for collaboration with international colleagues.
