What you'll achieve
Join the COO Office at Dedalus as a Business Analyst - Healthcare Operations, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. In this role, you will support operational performance management, business controlling activities, and strategic decision-making within the Corporate organization (COO area), with a strong focus on operational economics, business sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and service delivery data across healthcare IT projects and solutions, providing insights to support performance management and business decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key operational KPIs, including billability, utilization, capacity, productivity, profitability, costs,



and delivery performance, supporting operational controlling activities.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical views to enable performance reviews and data-driven decisions across Operations, Delivery, and Management teams.
- Identify performance trends, inefficiencies, cost deviations, and improvement opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Product teams to define, standardize, and continuously improve operational KPIs, reporting frameworks, and controlling processes.
- Support operational planning, forecasting, budgeting assumptions, and capacity management activities within a healthcare IT environment, with occasional travel across Europe and the UKI region (2-4 days).

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Business Analysis
