Assistant Night Manager | Caruso a Belmond Hotel
Reports to Front Office Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Deal with all Front Office operations (check in - check out - escorting - cashier operations - guests' care) according to company policies and procedures and compliance with our code of conduct.
- Handle emergencies according to the relevant training.
- Daily closure, cashier check for all hotel outlets, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions.
- Handle guests services last minute requests.

Requirements
- Effective and punctual written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a group, showing respect and sharing information and skills.
- Willingness to continuously develop oneself.
- Accuracy and precision in all duties and checks carried out.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with guests and co-workers.
- Detail and guest care oriented.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Possess a courteous and professional telephone manner.




- At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels.
- Preferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards.
- Preferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems (not required).
