La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is an internationally operating group active in the production and distribution of coffee, tea and food products.

Our operations include modern production facilities in Italy, with locations in Fano, Bologna and Monteporzio, as well as international sales and business activities.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (m/f/d) to lead and further develop our finance function.

This is a hands-on leadership position with direct responsibility for financial management, controlling and strategic financial planning across the organization.

? Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for Finance, Controlling and financial governance
• Lead and further develop the company’s financial strategy and structures
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management
• Monitor profitability, margins, working capital and overall financial performance
• Establish and develop meaningful financial KPIs and management reporting




• Provide management with reliable financial analysis and recommendations for strategic and operational decisions
• Oversee financial planning and controlling of production operations, including cost structures and efficiency
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors and other external financial partners
• Support financing activities, investments and major business decisions
• Identify financial risks and develop appropriate measures to manage them
• Further develop ERP, controlling, reporting and financial processes
• Ensure high standards of transparency, accuracy and financial discipline throughout the organization
• Work closely with Management, Production, Procurement, Logistics and Sales

? Your Profile
• Several years of senior-level experience in Finance, Controlling or as CFO / Finance Director
• Experience in an international company, ideally within manufacturing, food, FMCG or anoth
