Position
The resource will join a team dedicated to the management and evolution of software supporting customer management, including:
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Service and Field Service Customer Portal Vertical software and custom solutions Main responsibilities:
Application maintenance of CRM and Service systems,



including any custom-developed software Gathering and analysis of functional requirements expressed by internal stakeholders Proposal and implementation of application solutions aligned with business needs Collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure proper system evolution User support and training on the use of implemented solutions
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in the role of functional or application analyst.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 modules, with a focus on:
SalesMarketingServiceField Service Ability to perform basic customizations on Dynamics CRM 365 Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and a team-working attitude A degree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, etc.) or an equivalent qualification is considered a plus
