We are looking for new graduates to participate in our Early Year Talent Program . This is a 1 to 3 years of apprenticeship program, during which you will have the opportunity to put your knowledge into practice and acquire skills through a working opportunity. This program is open to recent graduates from different disciplines and cover a wide range of roles.

Commercial Training & Development Apprentice
Join Ecolab's industry lnstitutional team as Commercial Training & Development Apprentice.
You will be involved in the following activities with your tutor’s support and being in touch with European R&D; and Corporate Marketing Department:
Develop engaging presentations and visual materials to support training initiatives across Europe
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure alignment with training objectives
Assist in the design and structuring of training sessions, adapting materials for diverse audiences
Maintain and update training documentation and resources to reflect current practic
