Permanent Staffing, a specialized division of Staff S.p.A., is looking for a Sales Assistant belonging to Protected Categories L.68/99 , for an important international company in the fashion sector, to be employed for 21 hours per week in a new store opening in the Roma San Giovanni area. The company stands out for its contemporary and versatile style, offering collections designed for a dynamic and trend-conscious clientele. Main responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers during the purchasing process;
- Support sales activities ensuring a high quality of service;
- Manage cash operations and related payments;
- Handle restocking and arrangement of merchandise in the store;
- Contribute to maintaining display standards and the store's image.
Required qualifications:
- Enrollment in the Targeted Placement Lists according to L.68/99;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Customer orientation and predisposition to teamwork;
- Interest in the retail and fashion sector;
- Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Direct employment by the company;
- Tempo parziale contract with classification at the 5th level CCNL Commercio (indicative gross annual salary €13,000) or 4th level CCNL Commercio (indicative gross annual salary €14,000), based on experience;
