PSA BDP serves over 5, customers, including some of the world's leading multinational companies within the chemical, retail & consumer, life sciences & pharmaceuticals, and electric vehicle & industrial verticals.
Scope
Successful candidates will utilize their proven track record in sales to identify, qualify, establish and maintain profitable business relationships. They will sell logistics solutions i.e. 3PL, LLP and general freight services in the country,
large-sized companies in the various sectors such as: chemical, life science, consumer products and retail industries. Candidates will be responsible for selling in the assigned country.
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading new business outreach and meeting/exceeding goals.
Effectively deliver the Company story, value proposition, and products.
Lead and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive new revenue and increase market share in a defined territory and industry.
Manage and optimize the sales strategy implementing all aspects of the sales cycle.
Develop long-term strategic relationship with new and key customers
Meet individual and PSA BDP’s KPIs and goals.
Actively work together with operations team to optimize global operations in identifying and developing services and solutions.
