STAFF S.p.A. – Agenzia per il lavoro, filiale di Roma Eur , is looking for a client company: CUOCO/A qualified to join the team for meal preparation in canteens and barracks (number of meals: from 10 to 50) Reference areas : Tuscolana/Appia, Ostiense/EUR, Pisana. Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook, preferably in canteens or communities
- Good ability to manage the kitchen and supplies
- Availability to work on split shifts (morning and afternoon)
- Seriousness, punctuality and reliability

Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of meals according to the established menu and in compliance with hygiene and health regulations




- Management and cleaning of the kitchen and work tools
- Control of raw materials and reporting of supply needs
- Collaboration with dining staff and facility managers
- Compliance with the quality and quantity standards required by the client
