Job description
Staff Agenzia per il Lavoro is looking for n. 2 ASSISTANT COOKS for a hospitality facility for the Mediterranean Games. The resource will be responsible for:
- Support in the preparation of the line and raw materials;
- Cleaning, cutting and processing of ingredients;
- Collaboration with the chef in the preparation and plating phase;
- Tidying and cleaning of equipment and workstations;
- Compliance with HACCP procedures and hygiene-sanitary standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an assistant cook;
- Ability to work in a team within a kitchen brigade;
- Accuracy, reliability and attention to detail;
- Flexible hours and willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
We offer:
- Fixed-term contract from 21/08 to 03/09;
- CCNL Turismo level 5th or 6th, commensurate with experience;
- Salary range: € 710 – € 820, based on the level of employment (for 2 weeks);
- Tempo pieno. Hours: from 15:00 to 22:00.
