Job description
You will join our team dedicated to the Customer Relationship Center, supporting business transformation and digitalization projects in an international context.
Your Missions:
- Deliver requirements documentation for CRC-related projects
- Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams
- Prepare configuration guidelines for system implementation
- Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met
- Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into application requirements
- Identify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvements
- Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
- Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams

Your Profile:
- 5 -7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in international projects
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement
- Experience in Customer Relationship Center




- Experience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases
- Experience in business transformation or digitalization projects
- Experience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
- English and Italian fluent
- You demonstrate strong communication skills
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills
- You demonstrate adaptability in multicultural environments
- Experience with generative AI tools is a plus
