Purpose and main priorities of the role: We are looking for a high-potential, hands-on Business Controller to take full ownership of controlling and FP&A; activities for Politape Group , a recently acquired group within the Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives BU.



This is a key role in a post-acquisition environment , where accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement are critical. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-driven , with the ability to operate both at a transactional level and in business partnering . You will be responsible for end-to-end financial control and performance monitoring of the Politape business, working closely with local teams in Germany and the BU Finance team. Your responsibilities include:
- Own monthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis ;
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow);
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes ;
- Perform deep-dive analysis on margins, costs, and operational KPIs ;
- Monitor and improve inventory and working capital ;
- Support cash flow analysis and tracking ;
- Work closely with plants and operations to ensure alignment bet
