Who are we looking for? We are looking for a resource at the Rosignano production site within the Global Business Unit Renewable & Flex Power – Gen Italy , with the role of Shift Support Assistant , within the Operations structure of the Rosignano thermoelectric power plant, in the province of Livorno, and under the coordination of the Shift Leader and Operations Manager.



Gen Italy is responsible for the management and operation of ENGIE's thermal generation plants in Europe, including natural gas, coal, biomass, and cogeneration plants. It is a Business Unit that currently manages approximately 20 GW in 7 countries (Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom) across 65 sites with a workforce of 1200 employees. To address the challenges of the energy transition, the ambition of Flexible Generation is, on the one hand, to be a reliable support to renewable plants, thanks to the flexibility of its plants, low costs, and low CO2 emissions. On the other hand, based on strong technical expertise, to serve key industrial customers as a provider of integrated energy and service solutions. In Italy, Flexible Generation manages 3 production sites: Leini, Voghera, and Rosignano. What will you do?
