DRIVE YOUR FUTURE Pirelli is looking for a recent graduate to join the Digital Workplace & User Services team within the IT & Digital department as an intern. The selected candidate will be involved in the management and support of Digital Workplace platforms, contributing to the development and quality of IT services while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise environments. YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
- Help monitor project progress by updating trackers (tasks, deadlines, issues/risks) and preparing short status updates and technical documentation.
- Analyze recurring issues, collect data, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
- Support in monitoring service performance, follow up on requests, and interact with support teams to ensure service continuity
- Participation in IT service implementation and continuous improvement projects, including progress monitoring and KPI tracking
