Openjobmetis Spa is looking for a resource to be included as a Press Operator for a textile industry company, a leading manufacturer of professional and domestic cleaning instruments, based in Villafranca Padovana (PD).
Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be placed in the production department and will be responsible for the management and operation of industrial presses for the production of components (e.g., broom handles and window cleaners). The ideal candidate has already gained experience on industrial machinery and is able to monitor the correct functioning of the system, promptly identifying any anomalies. Main activities:
- Operation and monitoring of presses for molding/production.
- Loading and unloading the machine and controlling the production cycle.
- First level diagnostics: identification of any faults or jams (mechanical, electrical, or structural in nature) to be reported to maintenance technicians.
- Visual quality control of the manufactured parts.




- Movement of goods and semi-finished products.

Requirements and Required Skills
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production environment, preferably on complex industrial machinery.
- Technical analysis skills to understand the nature of any machine problems.
- Precision, attention to detail.
- Plus: Possession of a valid forklift license.
- Residence or domicile in areas close to the workplace.

OTHER INFORMATION
We offer an initial temporary contract placement in a solid company in the textile industry, with the possibility of direct hiring.
- Working hours: daytime, 08.00–12.30 / 13.30–17.00 (Monday-Friday).
- Presence of an equipped internal room for lunch breaks.
- Workplace: Villafranca Padovana (PD).
- Job classification and salary: range €23,000-28,000 CCNL: Textile Industry.
