Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing technical designs for merchandising solutions, including necessary customizations.
- Support project leads on merchandising deliveries in Italy, maintaining regular client contact and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to provide technical support and build strong customer partnerships.
- Onboard, train, and support new or existing customers on merchandising products.
- Work with the delivery team to respond professionally to client inquiries.
- Compile and deliver documentation for methodology questions and frequently asked questions.
- Utilize different methodologies to improve project delivery.
- Participate in global expert groups and contribute your expertise.
- Engage in travel and onsite activities as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge or interest in Category Management.
- Contribute to a positive and productive corporate culture to drive business growth over the next 3-5 years.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English




- Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Reliability and commitment to project support.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Office Tools.
- Experience with planogramming tools (Nielsen Spaceman or JDA Space Planning preferred).
- Knowledge of MS Access and SQL Server; C# programming is a plus.
- Intellectual curiosity and persistence in finding answers to questions.
- Enjoy working in a digital environment.
